Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Twiraa Creatives Pvt. Ltd. ("Twiraa", "we", "us") collects through twiraa.com and the ANVIXA assessment at twiraa.com/anvixa, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have. We wrote it to be read, not just agreed to.
Who we are. Twiraa Creatives Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U62099HR2025PTC130178), Gurugram, Haryana, India. For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), we are the Data Fiduciary for the data described here.

We don't ask for sensitive information such as financial account numbers, government IDs or health data. Please don't include it in free-text fields.
2. Why we use it
- To respond to your request, schedule and run your free audit or review call.
- To generate and show your ANVIXA report.
- To prepare for conversations with you (for example, a strategist reviewing your ANVIXA answers before a call).
- To improve ANVIXA's benchmarks, using answers with identifying details (name, email, company) removed.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, using Google Analytics.
- To keep the site and our systems secure, and to meet legal obligations.
We contact you only about what you asked for. We will send newsletters or marketing emails only if you separately opt in, and you can opt out at any time.
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Legal basis
We process the data you give us through forms and the ANVIXA assessment on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form or start the assessment, and for the specific purposes listed above. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 7); this doesn't affect processing already done. Site usage analytics run for all visitors and are used only to understand and improve the site; to opt out, see our Cookie Notice.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who help us run the site and our services, under their own security and confidentiality commitments:

We may also disclose data where the law requires it. Some of these providers store data outside India; we transfer data abroad only as permitted under the DPDP Act.
5. How long we keep it
- Contact, audit and booking requests: up to 24 months after our last interaction with you.
- ANVIXA submissions with your identifying details: up to 24 months after your submission.
- De-identified ANVIXA answers used to improve benchmarks: may be kept longer, as they no longer identify you.
- Analytics data: retained by Google Analytics for up to 14 months.
We may keep some data longer if the law requires it. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
6. How we protect it
We use HTTPS across the site, restrict ANVIXA's admin area to authorised Twiraa team members with token-based sign-in, and limit internal access to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a personal data breach as the DPDP Act requires.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to erase it (where we're not legally required to keep it);
- withdraw your consent at any time (for form data), or opt out of analytics as described in our Cookie Notice;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapable;
- raise a grievance with us, and, if unresolved, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
To exercise any of these, email hello@twiraa.com with the subject "Privacy request". We'll respond as soon as possible and in any case within the time the law requires.
8. ANVIXA-specific notes
- Your report is generated in your browser and saved to our systems so a Twiraa strategist can review it with you.
- Benchmarks are Twiraa composite estimates by industry, adjusted for revenue stage. See our Terms of Use.

10. Children
Our services are for businesses and professionals. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
11. Changes
We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we use data you've already given us, we'll tell you before it applies.
