These terms apply to your use of twiraa.com, the ANVIXA assessment at twiraa.com/anvixa, and the free resources we offer there. By using them you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The site is operated by Twiraa Creatives Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U62099HR2025PTC130178), Gurugram, Haryana, India ("Twiraa", "we", "us").

1. Using the site

You may browse the site and use its free resources for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or someone else's information;
• scrape, copy or harvest content or data by automated means, or submit forms or assessments in bulk or by script;
• try to access ANVIXA's admin area or any account or system you're not authorised to use, or probe, test or interfere with our security;
• upload anything unlawful, harmful or that infringes others' rights.

2. Free audit

The free IQ + EQ Audit is a no-obligation consultation. Slots are limited and offered at our discretion; we may decline or reschedule a request. Anything we share in the audit is our professional opinion based on the information you give us.

3. ANVIXA assessment

• ANVIXA is a free tool that gives an indicative view of your marketing maturity.
• Benchmarks are Twiraa composite estimates by industry, adjusted for revenue stage. They are not live data from other identifiable companies.
• ANVIXA results are information, not professional, financial, legal or investment advice, and are not a guarantee of any outcome. Decisions you take based on them are your own.
• You may use your report within your business. You may not resell ANVIXA, its questions or its outputs, or use them to build a competing product.
• By completing ANVIXA, you agree to the uses described in our Privacy Policy, including using de-identified answers to improve benchmarks.

4. Paid services

The 30-Day Sprint, Growth Retainer and any other paid engagement are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its content, design, the IQ + EQ framework, the ANVIXA name, questions, scoring and reports, and the Twiraa brand belong to Twiraa or its licensors. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts from Insights articles and Founder's Briefs with clear attribution to Twiraa. Any other reproduction needs our written permission.

6. Third-party links and services

The site links to services we don't control, such as WhatsApp and LinkedIn. We aren't responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply.

7. Disclaimers

The site and its free resources are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep them accurate and available but don't promise they will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we may change or withdraw them at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twiraa is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site, the free audit or ANVIXA. Our total liability for any claim relating to these free services is limited to ₹5,000. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Twiraa for losses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the current version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
